Anger is healing in my opinion, there is a process and unfortunately anger is part of that but like all things in life it does not last as long as we are willing to move on.

There is the danger people will hold onto that and cultivate it but in my opinion that is when you become a victim.

I don't even believe this is early life stuff it can come at you anytime.

For example i had to leave my wife and children to nurse my younger sister through her cancer at her request.

She died after 6 months because it traveled to her brain at the age of 30 leaving 2 children behind.

A very tough time.

I thought i had dealt with it well as could be i was there to see her last breath and if you have ever seen someone death rattle you know how rough that is.

This all started with skin cancer a simple mole on the foot.

Recently my wife found ia lump on her breast and all the things i thought i had dealt with, i actually had just buried to be strong for the family.

When my wife said she found a lump at first i was devistated then i was fucking mad as hell.

But now i am in support mode sometimes we have to move on for others regardless and maybe this will resurface again but for now i am past the anger.

We will be tested, we will suffer loss and pain but it is the content of the person able to deal that makes a stong person different to a victim.

For reference i come from an abuse childhood, lived on the streets of London for 5 years and have treatment resistant schizophrenia, CPTSD, autisum and adhd as well as OCD.

You are only a victim if you choose to be.
