• Launch Command Prompt by typing cmd.exe and press enter
• Enter the location path where the utility is located and type nupgrade.exe 3 to launch it
• On the window, click on Next and select the desired Outlook profile linked to PST that needs to be converted
• Again, click on Next and choose the upgrade method: Express for all data conversion and custom for selective data.
• Click on Next to proceed further steps
• In the next screen of utility, click ‘Finish’ to start the conversion. During conversion, user needs to provide Lotus Notes account ID

• A notification will be displayed upon successful conversion. The PST data will be converted to PersonalFolders.nsf and Outlook contacts will be converted to names.nsf
  

Limitations of the Nupgrade.exe utility:

• Requires technical expertise to use inbuilt utility
• Can migrate only small-sized PST files to NSF files
• Cannot convert PST data to the Domino Server
