If my memory does not change, then 7 or 8 years ago someone decided to put a large Ferris wheel on the central square of the city, next to the drama theater, it is also called the "Damn wheel". The city reared up, or rather, concerned citizens of the city. They did not allow to spoil the appearance of the Theater Square. And immediately a place was offered next to the circus by the pond. People started laughing - 2 Ferris wheels next to each other. Yes, there has been a Ferris wheel in the park behind the circus for a long time, but much smaller, but with open booths. For example, many people are afraid to ride in open booths. I don't know how it is now, but before they could still be rotated around the central axis.

Если мне память не изменяет, то лет 7 или 8 назад кто-от решил поставить на центральной площади города, рядом с драмтеатром большое колесо обозрения, оно же именуемое "чертово колесо". Город встал на дыбы, точнее неравнодушные граждане города. Они не дали испортить облик Театральной площади. И сразу было предложено место рядом с цирком у пруда. Люди начали смеяться - 2 колеса обозрения рядом друг с другом. Да, в парке за цирком уже давно стоит колесо обозрения, но гораздо меньших размеров, но с открытыми кабинками. Например, многие люди боятся кататься в открытых кабинках. Не знаю как сейчас, но раньше их еще можно было покрутить вокруг сецтральной оси.

Next to this big attraction, several more entertainment points for kids appeared and, most importantly, a McDonald's was built. Now this place is called "Delicious and period." Ie, it is impossible to argue about tastes in this institution, they said that it is delicious, then it means that it is.

Довольно быстро это место стало очень популярно среди молодежи и молодых родителей с маленькими детьми, особенно летом. Рядом с этим большим аттракционом появилось еще несколько развлекательных точек для малышей и главное - построили Макдональдс. Сейчас это место называется "Вкусно и точка". Т.е. спорить о вкусах нельзя в этом заведении, сказали, что вкусно, то значит оно так и есть.


The lighting around the ponds is very weak, especially at the upper pond it is very dark. The only bright spot is the wheel with the house across the street and the hotel next to the pond. It was built even later than the wheel.
This is the brainchild of the disgraced governor Nikita Belykh. But I won't talk about politics.

Вокруг прудов освещение очень слабое, особенно у верхнего пруда очень темно. Единственное светлое пятно - это колесо с домом через дорогу и отель рядом с прудом. Он был построен еще позже, чем колесо.

Double reflection. The wheel is reflected in the windows of the hotel, and only then it is reflected again in the pond.

The circle has closed. I have a diorama behind me. It's dark all around, the city authorities are saving money on lighting.
