Nobody around here (where I live) would drive in such weather. Reminds me of when I was a child (a very long time ago😆). I lived in the Hudson Valley, farm country. Nobody had all-weather tires (there was no such thing) or snow tires. Everybody put chains on for snow driving in those days.
