Just upvoted my own blog again!! I could blame it on age, but I've always been like this :))

Yes, Old Westbury Gardens is beautiful. It appears in most tourist guides as a place to visit on Long Island. Those old Gold Coast estates are mostly gone now. So costly to keep with taxes and help that they have mostly been donated to trusts or have been sold and subdivided into smaller mansions. These were affordable when staff was paid $20 a month, without benefits.
