Well if you follow the investing mantra - be greedy when others are fearful and fearful when others are greedy. Bull run would seem like a time to be cautious and take profits aggressively.

I lived in LA for a year and really wanted to go out there but it was right when COVID hit and everyone was playing it safe. I'll try to make my way out there at some point because I'd also like to visit
