I don't know that my tracker is accurate on that, it seems rather high.

I forgot what I ran my fastest 5k in back in the day, but for now 30 min what I'm aiming for as well! Still have a ways to go but thanks for the motivation!

Haha yeah training is definitely essential!

So I don't think I would ever do more than a 5k (maybe 10k). Running more than that consistently really takes a toll on your joints and I'd rather focus on doing my best 5k sprint than training for a marathon.

Yes the DAO has 400M tokens assigned to it which will probably be the first thing tapped into for ongoing rewards.
