Watching NIKKE 2nd Anniversary stream live yo~

I'll just reward them in tips as I tend to miss deadlines on Hive~

Same rules I follow and never lost sleep due to this ever since~

That's why loan sharks thrive as a business, they know how to muscle their way in collecting money and it's something common folks don't have a means to implement to their SO.

Welp, almost any money lent is charity until it comes back especially if it came from friends and family. The reason they wouldn't resort to a bank because they don't have to go through prepping up a good

You most be a hoot in family and friends meetings I avoid these meetings often because they are events where people ask about money to measure each other up or loan some. I thought it was common courtesy

I gave up sharing my Hive blogs because my social circle includes people who are already happy earning decent paychecks and aren't really into blogging. What else can I sell to people who are already well-off?

I think so~ thanks for the effort~

A business owner can easily declare Php minimal salary since they earn anyway from dividends/honorariums/ professional fees, etc. Too many loopholes in the system that taxing the 'wealthy' becomes irrelevant.

The only downside is definitely they'd be outskirt or just in the suburb. This downside can be temporary depending on your time horizon. I used to see the change within a decade but give it 2 or 3 ahead,

second vacation home. This tbh. Seems more like a Bachelor's pad than a family starter yet urban living options point to this as the only feasible option which is understandable for those living in dense

That's horrible, how HOAs become organizations that are supposed to be looking out for people's best interest end up being used as mini governments. I'd be hounding the receipts if it mounted to several

The HOAs members on my neighborhood are asses that they are asses to one another that it eventually got dissolved and now everyone's having this mini alliances and trying to mind their own business yet

The sales talk I get is the unit being cheap and can be used to rent out as a side hustle. What these agents don't tell you is that HOA and companies that set the conditions can limit how often you can

Nah, only for those that want to.

I mostly use peakd as a frontend so it just made sense. The reddit thing isn't on the agenda at the moment.

That's the plan and we will~

Learned something from this, thanks for the tip.

Good to see familiar names consistently present~

Waiting for you to get rep 80 up.
