At what age did you start drinking coffee
As I mentioned in my previous post in this community, my relationship with coffee or as a coffee drinker began a few years ago, I think three or four years ago and I owe it to some coworkers who preferred coffee over tea or infusions and not being able to with them I joined them.
How do you prefer coffee?
When I was not a coffee drinker, but they invite me one in a house or took me to a coffee shop or bakery and out of courtesy I could not say no, because I asked for a coffee with milk or a cup of tea, but now that I drink coffee I drink it black or guayoyo with enough sugar, in fact my husband tells me that what I drink is sugar with coffee, hahaha.
How do you feel that coffee consumption benefits you?
Coffee for me is something that gives me the warmth of home, it warms me up in the mornings or cold evenings and helps me to activate me to start the day, even without drinking it, just its smell makes me feel that a new day has begun, plus when we are already regular coffee drinkers, our body already asks us for caffeine.
How many times do you drink coffee a day?
Well that consumption depends on whether my husband is at home or not, since he is a real coffee addict, he can drink coffee more than four times a day, sometimes he offers me coffee and I just play crazy, because I think it is not good to abuse, when he is not I drink one or two times if my grandmother and my mother ask me for coffee in the afternoons, so I prepare a jug and we all drink.
Do you think coffee is a family tradition in your family?
Do I believe that coffee is a family tradition, I do not think so, I am sure, very sure, my grandmother is a coffee lover, she can miss anything but coffee, she taught my sister, nephew and my son to drink coffee since they were little, my mother drinks it from time to time, my husband as I told you no way and now me, although I love it I try to drink it in moderation, but I crave it and I wait for it without fail during breakfast.

Mi Historia con el Café
¿A qué edad empezaste a tomar café?
Como ya mencioné en mi publicación anterior en esta comunidad, mi relación con el café o como bebedora de café comenzó hace pocos años, creo hace tres o cuatro años y se la debo a a unas compañeras de trabajo las cuales preferían el café por sobre el te o infusiones y al no poder con ellas me les uní.
¿Cómo prefieres el café?
Cuando no era bebedora de café, pero me invitan uno en una casa o me llevaban a una cafetería o panadería y por cortesía no podía decir no, pues pedía un café con leche o un tetero, pero ahora que tomo café lo tomo negro o guayoyo con bastante azúcar, de hecho mi esposo me dice que yo lo que tomo es azúcar con café, jajaja
¿En que sientes que te beneficia el consumo de café?
El café para mi es algo que da calor de hogar, me calienta en la mañanas o tardes frías y me ayuda a activarme para comenzar el día, aun sin tomarlo, solo su olor me hace sentir que ha comenzado un nuevo día, además de que cuando ya somos asiduos tomadores de café, ya nuestro cuerpo nos pide la cafeína.
¿Cuántas veces consumes café al día?
Pues ese consumo depende de si mi esposo está en casa o no, ya que el es un verdadero adicto al café, puede tomar café mas de cuatro veces al día, a veces el me ofrece café y yo simplemente me hago la loca, porque creo que no es bueno abusar, cuando él no esta tomo uno o dos veces si mi abuela y mi madre me solicitan café por las tardes, así preparo una jarra y todas tomamos.
¿Crees que el café es una tradición familiar en tu familia?
¿Que si creo que el café es una tradición familiar?, no lo creo, estoy segura, muy segura, mi abuela es una amante del café, a ella le puede faltar cualquier cosa menos café, ella enseño a mi hermana, sobrino y a mi hijo a tomar café desde pequeños, mi madre toma de vez en cuando, mi esposo como ya les comente ni hablar y ahora yo, que aunque lo amo trato de tomarlo con moderación, pero lo anhelo y espero sin falta durante el desayuno.
