He has been asked many times to (if not to me for potential conflict of interest), to then share the repo's with @blocktrades (or someone of equal 3rd party neutral high reputation user) to verify the right use of the subscription but declines to do so. He even said he'd dm BT but BT has confirmed to have not received any message.

He instead requested @guiltyparties but given how badly he's mismanaged Valueplan (imo) and given this user thousands upon thousands of HBD in the past, I didn't wanna accept him as a neutral 3rd party.
