Here, our banks don't allow helmets, mask and sunglasses. I don't think the rules apply to jewlry stores though. However, one guy still manage to rob a standard chartered bank and got out of the country.

This mall is not one of the bigger one and the retail stores don't seem to be doing well but I guess that's a challenge for mall operators.
