Hope everyone had a great day! Last Sunday, woke up super early to do some volunteer work with Team Nila for the Pesta Sukan Canoe Polo 2026 competition. Very exciting because it was held at Bedok Reservoir. Reached Bedok Reservoir Park around 6:40 AM and it was still pitch dark. The park lights were still shining brightly on the green grass.

希望大家度过了美好的一天！上个星期天，我很早就起床，和 Team Nila 一起去当义工，协助 2026 年的“新加坡国民运动会”（Pesta Sukan）皮艇球比赛。非常兴奋，因为比赛是在勿洛蓄水池举行的。早上大约 6 点 40 分到达勿洛蓄水池公园，天色还是一片漆黑。公园的路灯依然明亮地照在绿油油的草地上。

Walked past a brightly lit public toilet block. Very clean and quiet at this hour, only a few early joggers warming up.

走过一个灯火通明的公共厕所。这个时候非常干净和安静，只有几个早起的慢跑者在做热身。

As dawn approached, the blue hour sky over the reservoir was absolutely stunning. Look at the calm water and the boardwalk winding along the edge.

随着黎明临近，蓄水池上空的蓝色时刻天空真是美极了。看看那平静的水面和沿着边缘蜿蜒的木栈道。

If you look up, the moon was still shining brightly in the deep blue sky, reflecting off the calm waters with the HDB flats in the background.

抬头一看，月亮依然在深蓝色的天空中明亮地照耀着，倒映在平静的水面上，背景是高耸的组屋。

Slowly headed towards the Passion Wave building where the canoe polo action was about to start. The lights from the main facility looked quite grand in the early morning twilight.

慢慢走向人民协会的水上活动中心，皮艇球比赛即将在这里开始。主设施的灯光在清晨的微光中显得挺壮观。

The sun had risen.

The water in the reservior looked calm.

蓄水此里的水看起来很平静。

I was the sports announcer and would be working with the audio system calling for teams to get ready for their next match and announcing the scores for the matches played.

我是体育播音员，负责操作音响系统，通知各队准备下一场比赛，并播报已进行比赛的比分。

There were two courts for the matches and players would be warming out outside for their next match.

比赛场地有两个，球员们正在外面热身准备下一场比赛。

I betted on a 4D number for lottery but didn't win anything.

我买了4D彩票，但没中奖。

It was a tiring but super fulfilling Sunday morning giving back to the local sports community and supporting our athletes. I had lunch provided before I left.

这是一个虽然疲惫但超级充实的星期天早晨，能为本地体育界做出一点贡献，并为我们的运动员加油打气。离开前，吃了他们提供的午餐。
