Hi, do you mean the DCity prices or the M token price? mmm... re DCity, before the current drop, most income-cards were priced at a break-even within 100 days, but that means the yield is about 200% APR!

False dilemma - there is a 3rd option - buy tokens that generate income (such as @mpath) or delegate to income sources, such as my own M token. There are a few others, tho not many, that are not classed

Yeah, for smaller cities cards like Forests, Parks and Gyms are very useful. I'd add an Art Gallery to boost popularity - might even be able to sell a Home to cut costs as popularity boost is significant
