It's all habit and to be honest it's not pure freezing either It's far colder than coldest setting on shower but not as cold as a plunge pool You definitely feel better after it though

Oh ya you can swim at almost every Irish beach. Although the kids were getting a bit freaked as there were tonnes of crabs scuttling about and loads of jellyfish too, but harmless ones. I'll keep an eye
