Good stuff and I hear you on the bread, I am the same, every now and then I cut down or go for the healthier breads, but then I have times where I am eating all sorts of breads left right and centre

Ya the cold showers are not for everyone, but I enjoy them and find that it's a great way to start your day.

Intermittent fasting - actually I'm pretty skinny already and losing muscle through less exercise so I actually want to gain a couple kilos Ha ha, I don't do it to lose weight, but rather to give my

rocket leaves, baby spinach leaves, a bit of red cabbage, spring onion, and thinly sliced apple. I use a honey/mustard/garlic dressing and mmmm! Ooooooo, sounds tasty, I'll have to give that a try one

Go on ya good thing! You're flying it with all of those great habits. Salad is actually delicious - loads of cheeses, good quality tomatoes, greens, scallions etc with a good splash of olive oil and balsamic

Very interesting how white bread is not even considered as bread at all, it makes me want to avoid white bread even more and stick to spelt breads and gluten free breads. The cold showers wont work for

How cute is that donkey! I have seen lots of donkeys in Ireland over the years, but that little guy was definitely the cutest! It is amazing that you are doing so many things that will affect your health

I try to go one better and avoid grains as much as possible. Even better man, good stuff and another one I forgot to mention is water, drinking plenty of water.

Some good Friday Follow suggestions @steevc Regarding downvotes, I really detest them and in my five years here I've never downvoted a single post, nor will I or least that's how I feel now. I understand

the wrinkly bags under his eyes crinkling like anus skin. You sure paint a picture Boomy 🤣🤣 In all seriousness though, lovely to spread their ashes on Conic Hill together, I'm sure it's what they would

Nice one. Delighted to introduce you to Prefab Sprout who are well worth discovering more, check out the Steve McQueen album for starters 👌

Thanks a mil

Hey, delighted to hear that you plan to become a #ttt regular, that's great news and I look forward to hearing your picks. The 80s was indeed a brilliant era, I must say I am happy that I was born in that

Ya Steve McQueen was a fantastic album and I listened to it recently myself too. I always enjoy when I haven't listened to it in a while and I remember then how good it was. It'd be absolutely class to

Ya 1985 was a good year and it's hard to believe that's almost forty years ago!! Pretty nuts..

Would believe I was on a Prefab Sprout rabbit hole the other day No way! That's gas man, those kinds of coincidences are always happening to me too! Ya Talking Heads are massively under rated.

Ya, the 80s gets a bad rep, but there was plenty of great music during that decade.

Nice one, thanks a mil, much appreciated 👍

Week 85 and still going..... I might someday do a recording of three songs since you like it that way which I do too. Watch out for it Yep 85 weeks and yet to miss a week, which I'm pretty proud of! I'd

Ya, I was definitely spoilt for choice with 1985, Walk of Life pretty cliché choice, but I've always loved that tune since I was a young lad.
