She calls herself Lena, her real name is Amanda, her pseudonym is because she likes it better. She studies medicine and wrote to me to take some photos of her. I invited her to the safari to get to know each other and to serve as a screen test for a later contract, or simply to live the experience together. Meeting monthly with colleagues who are already friends is something that strengthens ties and feeds the soul. Walking around looking for corners and people to photograph, taking advantage of the light and embracing imperfections are something that makes us stronger and more creative when the opportunity arises to do what we like, and get paid for it.
Se hace llamar Lena, su verdadero nombre es Amanda, su pseudónimo es porque le gusta más. Estudia medicina y me escribió para hacerse unas fotos. Le dije que fuera al safari para conocernos y que sirviera como screen test para algún contrato posterior, o simplemente para vivir la experiencia. Encontrarse mensualmente con colegas que ya son amigos es algo que fortalece los lazos y alimenta el alma. Caminar por ahí buscando rincones para fotografiar, aprovechar la luz y abrazar las imperfecciones son algo que nos hace más fuertes y creativos cuando se presenta la oportunidad de hacer lo que nos guste, y que nos paguen por ello.
