Yesterday I went out and took some macro photos using my Redmi K20 Pro with Apexel 12x macro lens. These are some of the shots that I was able to capture. The biggest challenge of a mobile macro lens was that they have a maximum focus distance of 2-3cm and it was really challenging to take images of insects without making them fly away. The biggest downside of the mobile macro lens is that the depth of field is very shallow and it's impossible to keep the entire insect in focus.
I used Google Lens to identify their names.
